Taking care of myself

My friend Josie stated on her blog that she wanted to set herself daily personal goals: eating better, exercising, ect...
I think I should do the same thing.

So my goals are:
-Eat at least one fruit a day
-Go swimming once a week
-Exercise at home twice a week
-Read a book every two weeks
-Cream myself everyday
-Go tanning twice a week
-Pratice my spanish 2 hours a week
-Take the stairs at work
-Eat dinner before 7 pm
-Eat breakfast
-Go to bed before 11 pm

I think that this is more than enough for know.

Unexpected turn to life

This happens when you are not expecting it.

Snowfall rules

This a list of unwritten snowfall rules.

1. If you have a luxury vehicule, mini-van or taxi do not remove all snow from it.
2. If you have a big SUV or a luxury vehicule speed when snow plough has not removed any snow.
3. If you feel that luck is on your side do not use turn signal in first hours of storm.
4. If you dont care about your car and other peoples car, brake at the very last minute.
5. If you see someone stuck in a snow banc, do not stop.
6. If you have extra money to spend, do not put winter tires on.
7. If you need to raise other peoples adrenaline, run red lights in the peak of the storm.
8. If you dare remove snow from your vehicule, make sure to remove snow only in front windshield.
9. If you park in a snowbanc, make sure vehicule obstrucs part of road.
10. If people that drive safe keep you from speeding, honk your horn multiple times to annoy them.

Cancer insurance

Today I received a phone call from my bank's insurance company.
They were offering me an insurance for woman's cancers.

You pay an amount each month, if in 20 years you are still cancer free they reimburse you.
You also will get a certain amount extra.

If you get cancer they will give you 1000$ a month, 200$ extra if you are in the hospital.
If you die, your beneficary gets your reimbursment and 50 000$.

No medical examen is requiered to be admissable.
In the first 6 months you cant be diagnosed.

For about 20$ a month, would you take it?

Resolutions

This year,same as last year, I want to think more about myself than others.

I also want to get ride of my fear of flying.

Stop expecting so much, so I wont be disapointed so often.
