I have a food problem. I just cant stop eating.
I eat all the time. I eat loads of bad shit.
Even ate frosting with a spoon directly out of the container.
I try to chew gum, but it doesn't work.
Tried drinking water, doesn't work.
I just want to eat all the time.
My stomach hurts because it's hungry.

Le truc c'est de manger des collations nutritives. Ce qui va nourrir ton corps va apporter la satiété!
Le problème, c'est que plus on mange sucré, moins on a envie de trucs nutritifs qui eux, ne sont pas du tout sucrés...
Pas évident!
