I've been thinking about this for a while and here is what I have come up with.
I would invent a machine that would be similar to a body scan that could to diagnose what ever illness you have from chicken pox to cancer.
A little bit like when you go to the car dealer when your check engine light is on and he plugs your car and then the computer scans and says what is wrong with your car.It would be completely noninvasive and would give you a complete diagnosis.
So instead of going through a long series of invasive and unpleasant tests and also some very expensive tests. You would get scanned once and you would know immediately what is wrong with you and be able to start treatment.
I know some doctors just like to guess what is wrong with and do trial and error, this would put an end to all of this. It would also lower the number misdiagnosis and medical error.
Yeah, I am a bit crazy and have been waiting for tests results anxiously, but way back in the days some inventions were believed to be completely crazy and look at what we have in our surroundings now. Who knows what we will come up in a decade or two.

I want a shower like the cartoon The Jetsons had... walk in shower and it dries/does your hair for you.
Or a robotic make-up artist! =)

That would be a fantastic invention.
And I was going to suggest something like what carrie1 suggested above - I HATE having to get dry after a shower!
