My friend Josie stated on her blog that she wanted to set herself daily personal goals: eating better, exercising, ect...
I think I should do the same thing.
So my goals are:
-Eat at least one fruit a day
-Go swimming once a week
-Exercise at home twice a week
-Read a book every two weeks
-Cream myself everyday
-Go tanning twice a week
-Pratice my spanish 2 hours a week
-Take the stairs at work
-Eat dinner before 7 pm
-Eat breakfast
-Go to bed before 11 pm
I think that this is more than enough for know.
