Holiday spirit

Tonight I got great news! We are spending Christmas at my aunts place! YAY!

I really wanted to go in D's family, but for budget reasons and because we went this summer we will not go. Christmas was heading toward a boring quick dinner and gift exchange all over by 11 pm. My aunt invited us and I was sure we wouldn't go because my mom doesn't like to go out, but she said yes!!!

Today we had a big snow storm and I had a feeling tonight would be the night were I would find my spirits and I did.

Mailed some gifts, got the news for Christmas eve at my aunts, ate very good brownies, going shopping again Saturday with a good friend, traffic was good after work, D helped shoveled my parking spot...Life is good.

Now I feel like doing my Christmas tree :) I am so happy.

Here is a picture I found that makes me smile when I think of snow:)

So the Christmas bug has finally caught up with you eh? It really is beginning to look a lot like Christmas. I haven't done my Christmas shopping yet, but it's something I look forward to doing over the weekend. =)

I wish there was snow here- it's just not Christmas without snow. Or beer.
