Little note, big smile

Just like that, out of the blue, I got a letter in the mail, it was from my very good friend Josie.
A little note to make me smile with a tiny pineapple.

Pineapples are the recipe to make people smile.

A few years ago I met a guy who introduced me to this pineapple theory.
I was feeling down one day and to cheer me up, he told me to go buy a pineapple!
I asked why would I want to buy myself a pineapple?
He told me just do it. It will make you smile.
Here I was later buying a pineapple and guess what I was smiling!

So the past few years I have been passing along this theory. Even sent a few real pineapples to a couple of friends at their work to make them smile and every time it worked!

Next time a person close to you doesn't feel good, you give them a pineapple, I promise it will make them smile.

I was having a bad day and it all got better when I got my pineapple.
Thank you Josie, I love you :D

I've never hear something like that. But is true, I smile.

Answering your question: Yes, I dress my girls alike. For me they look cute and love it.

How cute! I would smile if I got a pinapple, because 1. They're delicious and 2. They remind me of being somewhere tropical.

I have a sudden urge to be a pineapple and just put on the table for decoration.

Great story. :)

I even smiled when I looked at it, I wonder why. Maybe the shape? Maybe the color? Pineapple is cute!!! Will try this out :)

Pleasure, bella :)

I wished you don't need it but sent it "just in case"...

Pineapples always remind me of the episode of "How I Met Your Mother" when Ted wakes up with a pineapple next to him and a strange girl in his bed and no memory of what happened the night before. And that always makes ME smile!

Awww cute theory. I'm really curious. I think I'll give this a try. But just thinking of the pineapple is making me smile already. =) Have a happy weekend. =)
